Shipping Policy

At BXNNEDPLUGGIN, we work hard to process and ship all orders as fast as possible. Every piece is handled with care to make sure you get your items safely and on time.

3. Our Responsibility

Once your package leaves our facility and is handed to the courier, BXNNEDPLUGGIN is not responsible for shipping delays or customs hold-ups.
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships, and you can contact your courier directly for updates.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order gets lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
BXNNEDPLUGGIN is not responsible for packages lost or delayed once they are in the courier’s possession.

5. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect our customers and keep all transactions secure, BXNNEDPLUGGIN reserves the right to hold or cancel any order that triggers our fraud review system.

Fraud review triggers may include:

  • Use of multiple payment methods for one address/account

  • Mismatched billing and shipping details

  • Orders placed from IP addresses not matching the cardholder’s location

  • Suspicious payment or order activity patterns

Verification process:
If your order is flagged, we may request:

  • A photo ID matching the billing name

  • A photo of your card (only showing the last four digits, cardholder name, and expiration date)

These details are used only to confirm payment authorization and are not stored afterward.

If verification fails or documents aren’t provided within the timeframe given:

  • The order will be canceled, and

  • The payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

BXNNEDPLUGGIN reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity without obligation to fulfill it.
