4️⃣ Place your pre-order.
 • Once payment is made, your items are added to our next bulk supplier order.

5️⃣ Supplier delivery window:
 • It takes 7–14 days for our bulk shipment to arrive to us.
 • This timeframe depends on supplier processing + international shipping.

6️⃣ Once we receive your items, we will:
 • Ship directly to you (2–7 days USA)
 • OR provide local drop-off if you’re in our delivery area
