2. Damaged Items

If the requested item is out of stock, a repair will be arranged as an alternative.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, BXNNEDPLUGGIN is not responsible for delays or lost packages.
Please use your tracking number to contact the courier directly for updates or claims.
4. How to Request an Exchange
